This website is operated by Malka Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Malka Studios.

If you purchase anything from this website you are accepting the terms and conditions within this website.

You should review these terms and conditions prior to any purchases.

Marketing & Property Rights

Malka Studios reserves the right to use images or videos of all designs/prints for any marketing and/or advertising purposes. Malka Studios holds and retains complete ownership and intellectual property rights of designs and prints whether complete or incomplete.

 

Supplied Artwork, Images and Copy

All artwork, images and copy supplied by the client, will be assumed to include the relevant authority for use. Malka Studios will accept no responsibility for copyright issues regarding supplied artwork, images and copy. The client is responsible for supplying content and ideas free from infringement for all trademarks, service marks, and copyright.

 

Payment

Malka Studios requires a 50% non-refundable deposit up front and the remainder of the payment upon completion of services. Payments can be made via bank transfer. We would appreciate it if you could please include your invoice number as payment description when arranging the payment.

If you need services to begin immediately please send a copy/screenshot of the payment receipt to malkastudios@outlook.com

It will allow us to accelerate the process, as sometimes bank transfers take several days to be processed and received.

 

Price Changes

Service prices are subject to change without notice.

Only once a client has received a quote does the price become certain.

 

Refunds

Under no circumstances does Malka Studios offer refunds. If the client wishes to cancel, the deposit will be lost. If the client wishes to hold their order after the deposit payment has been made we will allow a hold period of up to 90 days.

 

Project Time Frames

Typically projects will be completed within 10 - 14 business days after deposit payment has been received.

Completion time for custom projects and packaged services may somewhat vary, however we will always aim to work within the requested time frame. Responding quickly to emails relating to ongoing projects will speed the process up.

Rush fees may be necessary to meet deadlines if we are busy, as designs are completed in order of purchase.

 

Project Expiry

All project designs will have an expiry of 8 weeks from date of deposit payment. If designs are not completed by this time due to clients lack of communication, the project will be cancelled, designs will expire and need to be repurchased. They can not be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately it will be money lost. It is the client's responsibility to respond promptly to emails sent by Malka Studios to ensure that this does not happen. 

 

Rush Orders

If you need your order urgently, please keep in mind we have a rush order fee and this will depend upon the size of the job and project deadline.

 

Supplied Colours

Please be aware that all monitors display colours differently and the colour on a monitor could vary significantly from the final print. To ensure that the colour is correct, it is highly recommended that the client provides the 6-digit hex code for any supplied colours.

All designs will be emailed to the client as low resolution files.

 

Design File Types

Typically all logos and graphic designs will be sent as either PNG or PDF files.

If you require any other file types, email us and we will likely be able to organise that for you, free of charge.

Archived Designs

Malka Studios archives design files for 12 months as a production process, however when final design files have been sent to the client it is the client’s responsibility to store and archive the documents safely for their own purposes or future use. Malka Studios is not responsible for sending lost or misplaced files. 

 

Revisions

Any services purchased from Malka Studios is inclusive of at least 3 revisions, the more responsive clients are to emails, the more revisions we are able to complete. If additional requested revisions extend past the agreed upon deadline, an additional fee may be included, however clients will be clearly notified of this upon their additional revision request. Additional revision fee prices will depend on how further the deadline is estimated to be extended.

 

Approval and Errors

Whilst every care will be taken, no responsibility will be accepted by Malka Studios for errors found after final approval by the client (spelling mistakes, misalignment etc). Malka Studios will wait for client approval via email before any printing orders are put through. It is the client’s responsibility to check all designs carefully for accuracy. The client’s email of approval is acknowledgement that the designs have been evaluated and considered correct in every aspect. Malka Studios takes no responsibility for errors or omissions carried over from approved designs to final print.

 

PRINTING

 

Payment and Finalisation

Once we have received the printing payment and final artwork/design has been confirmed for print, your project will move into production. Changes cannot be made once final approval has been given. Design Approval triggers the production process.

Any changes or cancellations after final approval will incur additional charges. 

 

Coloured Printing

There may be some colour variations from what you have seen on screen to what the final product looks like, this is due to the display of different monitors and the nature of bulk-printing systems. Refunds will not be provided, and reprinting will incur a cost.

 

Errors and Quality Issues

All printed products sent out by Malka Studios are quality checked by our team. Any printing that we receive and find to possess quality flaws or errors, will be taken up directly with the third party print company by Malka Studios.

Clients do not need to trouble themselves with printing errors, Malka Studios will handle all printing issues.

If for whatever reason you are still unhappy with the quality when you receive your product, we will happily contact the third party print company on your behalf about any given issues, however if the print is accurately aligned with the approved final design, we can make no promises that issues will get resolved without further costs. Malka Studios takes no responsibility to these extra costs.

 

Delivery

Malka Studios is not liable for any extra shipping fee caused by an incorrect address. If you haven't provided a shipping address, please do so with your payment receipt. Malka Studios is not liable as we have no control once it's with the Postal Service. The shipping fee is strictly non-refundable.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Malka Studios reserves the right to update, change or replace these Terms and Conditions at our own discretion and without notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at this web address.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
